1. Data Controller

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, lodibet365 is the Personal Information Controller ("PIC") in respect of personal data collected through the lodibet365 platform. As PIC, lodibet365 determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information is, or is to be, processed.

2.1 Registration Data

When you create a lodibet365 account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, nationality, Philippine mobile phone number, email address, and your chosen username.

lodibet365 collects transaction data including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, payment method identifiers (e.g., GCash registered mobile number, bank account name), and transaction timestamps. Full bank account numbers and GCash PINs are never collected or stored by lodibet365 — payment processing is handled via secure third-party payment processors.

lodibet365 records game participation data including game titles played, bet amounts, outcomes, session durations, and wagering patterns. This data is used for regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud detection, and service improvement.

2.5 Technical & Device Data

2.6 Communications Data

When you contact lodibet365 customer support, we collect and retain the content of those communications — including live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and records of any grievance or dispute — for quality assurance and regulatory record-keeping purposes.

3. Purposes of Data Collection and Processing

lodibet365 processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account creation and management — to register, maintain, and administer your lodibet365 account.
• Identity verification — to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

lodibet365 processes personal data on the following legal bases as provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity — processing required to perform the contract between lodibet365 and the user (account management, transaction processing, service delivery).
• Legal obligation — processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering laws, and other applicable Philippine legislation.
• Legitimate interest — processing for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and platform security where our legitimate interests are not overridden by the user's fundamental rights.
• Consent — for marketing communications and optional data processing activities where consent is the appropriate basis. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

lodibet365 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients in the following circumstances:

• Payment processors — GCash (GXI), PayMaya (Maya Bank), and banking partners receive transaction reference data necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. These parties process data under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• PAGCOR and regulatory authorities — lodibet365 is obligated to submit player activity reports, KYC records, and suspicious transaction reports to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
• Technology and service providers — lodibet365 engages third-party providers for cloud hosting, game software provision, fraud detection, and customer support platforms. These providers act as Personal Information Processors under lodibet365's instruction and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with RA 10173.

All third parties with whom lodibet365 shares personal data are required to handle that data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy law and lodibet365's data protection standards.

6. Data Retention

lodibet365 retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account and KYC data — retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering law.
• Transaction records — retained for a minimum of 5 years from each transaction date.
• Gameplay data — retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of each session.
• Support communications — retained for 2 years from the date of the communication, or longer where related to an ongoing dispute or regulatory matter.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, lodibet365 will securely delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with our data destruction procedures.

7. Data Security

lodibet365 implements organizational and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and lodibet365 servers.
• Encryption of sensitive data fields (including identity document data and payment identifiers) at rest.
• Role-based access controls ensuring lodibet365 staff access personal data only on a need-to-know basis.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for internal systems that access personal data.

lodibet365 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. The categories of cookies used by lodibet365 are:

• Strictly necessary cookies — required for the lodibet365 platform to function. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies — used to remember your preferences such as language settings, preferred game category, and login state.
• Analytics cookies — used to understand how users interact with the lodibet365 platform, which pages are visited most frequently, and where users encounter difficulties. Data collected is aggregated and anonymized.

10. Minors

The lodibet365 platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years old and above. lodibet365 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If lodibet365 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that data will be deleted and the account closed promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has registered an account on lodibet365, please contact our support team immediately so the account can be reviewed and closed.

11. Third-Party Links

The lodibet365 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, GCash or PayMaya payment portals). lodibet365 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the lodibet365 platform.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

lodibet365 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the lodibet365 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
